elm study

This study was made from local Scottish elm for a house in East Lothian. The study includes three lower cabinets, all of which have had their handles carved out of the elm doors. The main peninsula desk incorprates a power source for laptops, mobiles or other electronic devices, all of which are discreetly hidden behind a decorative hatch. Above the workspace is a large amount of adjustable shelving for books or ornaments.
