Furniture

Pete Hewitt Woodwork designs and makes bespoke wooden furniture. Each piece is unique and created with the customer’s needs in mind, whether this means working to a preconceived design or developing what begins as a vague concept.

After a consultation which will give an idea of aesthetic preferences, required dimensions and the intended setting for the furniture, preliminary sketches are drawn for consideration and evaluation. Designs are subsequently refined and developed until detailed drawings and scale models can be produced.

When no further modification is needed and a satisfactory design model produced, price and materials can be decided, the timber can be sourced and work can begin.
